She pulls it off, but I think it’s intimidating that a girl hits the gym more than I do. Just look at those delts. She definitely uses resistance bands. I’m pretty sure she can even keep up or even smoke me in the mile run. Lisa Morales would be the epitome of a well chizzled hot chick. I would have no issues having her as a work out partner as long as she doesn’t make me look bad.
Here is a General rule of thumb for when it comes to classifying fit woman. If the girl has bigger muscles than I do. Run Away. Unless you like getting man handled and becoming the bitch of some 6 foot monster named Helga.
